STANDARD SHIPPING ON LOCAL AND DOMESTIC ORDERS - FOR ITEMS MARKED “STOCK ON HAND” PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL CONTAINING USPS TRACKING INFORMATION. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE DROPPED OFF TO OUR SHIPPING CARRIER. THAT RESPONSIBILITY IS NOW BETWEEN THE SHIPPING CARRIER (USPS) AND THE CUSTOMER. FOR CLAIMS AND ISSUES WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION ON THE DAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. 

PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN ORDERING AND CONTAINS RIGHT APARTMENT NUMBER IF NECESSARY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ITEMS STUCK IN TRANSIT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND NEED TO BE DEALT WITH THE SHIPPING PROVIDER (USPS).

IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY BY USPS DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS CORRELATED WITH YOUR ORDER.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTER THE  ORDER IS FULFILLED . ANY ADDRESS  CHANGES INQUIRES SHOULD BE SENT TO SUPPORT@ARTSUNSAC.COM

RETURN POLICY

IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED OR IRREGULAR PLEASE CONTACT
